Phở khô ngâm nước cho mềm rồi vớt ra rổ cho ráo. Me lược bỏ hột rồi cho vô cốt me 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 2 muỗng canh đường, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm chay knorr nấm hương. Tất cả khuấy tan. Cho phở khô vào chảo đồ xào, trộn sốt me vô, bật bếp xào cho sốt hòa quyện với các nguyên liệu. Nêm nếm cho vừa ăn, thêm xíu tiêu cho thơm. Bày món ăn ra đĩa, thêm đậu phộng rang và thưởng thức.
